For this project, I made an Heuristic Evaluation of the easyjet platform (December 2012).
After collecting and analyzing Data, I was able to find the design flaws of the platforms and produce a report with recommendations to make the process quicker.

Next, I made several UAR´s (USABILITY ASPECT REPORTS), regarding the usability of the UI.
At the end of the process I was able to give recomendations to make the process easier and user friendly, so the user can reach his goal (book a flight) as quickly as possible.
